Lee Izumida

Born in Hokkaido in 1986, Lee Izumida has been drawing since childhood. After studying art in the United States, he moved his base to Tokyo in 2015 and began his career as a painter in earnest in 2019. Centered around acrylic painting, his work spans signage, promotional art, and shop window illustrations and lettering—art that quietly accompanies everyday life.

The illustrations on both the inside and outside of the bowl are subtle accents. When your cat approaches, the little story it sees will add a touch of warmth to mealtime.
The illustrations were created by Lee Izumida, a popular illustrator known for his gentle lines and wide-open spaces. His original motifs are featured on the food bowl, water bowl, and each of the containers.
The base products are "CHALICE" and "HM BOWL" - both of which are designed to be the right height for cats, with a shape that puts less strain on the neck and joints. The smooth feel of porcelain on the tongue and the warmth of the solid wood base bring comfort to your daily dining table.
