"Just being there"
The space becomes softer.

These tiny creatures catch our eye in our daily lives. They may be sitting in the corner of a desk, on a windowsill, or on top of a shoebox in the entrance hall... Their quiet presence brings a smile to your face.
"Kosei Kiln" is nestled in the nature of Shigaraki, Shiga. These small animals are created by the artist Maekawa Koichi, who lives with cats, and each one is unique. Their plump forms and the warmth of the ceramic can be felt in the palm of your hand. Their expressions and postures are slightly different, and each one has its own little "story."
We have received comments such as, "I thought I could only buy it locally, so I was very happy to find it online."
