%PORCELAINS is a porcelain brand produced by Maruasa Pottery, a company with over 100 years of history in Tajimi, Gifu Prefecture, the birthplace of Mino ware. Fired at 1300°C for 24 hours in a "reduction firing" process, these pieces achieve a high density, combining the simplicity of earthenware with the durability of porcelain. The unglazed exterior retains the rough texture of the clay, creating a "growing vessel" that develops a glossy finish with use. These vessels are crafted using the same clay and manufacturing methods as &CAT's "TAJIMI" series, creating a natural harmony between the cat and the human vessels. The simple form and three colors—matte white, gray, and brown—make for a cafe-like dining experience.

While it looks solid and impressive, it's surprisingly light when you hold it in your hand. The outside is unglazed, leaving the earthenware's simple texture intact, and the more you use it, the more glossy it becomes, making it a part of your everyday life. The inside is glazed with a matte finish, which naturally brings out the color of your food and makes it smooth and easy to eat.
This bowl was made by Maruasa Pottery, the same company that produces &CAT's "TAJIMI" series. Because it's made using the same clay and the same manufacturing method, cat and human bowls look natural side by side, creating a unified look on the dining table. It gently regulates the rhythm of your life.
Available in three colors: matte white, matte gray, and matte brown. The pure white creates a clean look, the gray creates a calming effect, and the brown creates a warmth. You can enjoy changing the look of your dining table with each color.
Another attractive feature is that it can be used in the microwave, dishwasher, and oven (up to 200°C).
