Perfect for serving fruit for breakfast, baked goods as a snack, or a side dish, the PLATE SS is a compact 13cm plate that adds a little rhythm to your dining table.
The outside is unglazed, leaving the rough texture of the clay intact. You can feel the warmth of the clay with every touch, and the more you use it, the more glossy it will become. The inside is coated with a subdued matte glaze, which softly brings out the colors of your food and sweets.
These plates are made by Maruasa Pottery, the same pottery maker behind &CAT's "TAJIMI" series. Because they're made using the same clay and firing method, cat and human dishes blend together naturally, creating a serene sense of unity at the dining table.
It comes in three colors: matte white, matte gray, and matte brown. White is pure, gray is calm, and brown is warm. Although it is a small vessel, each color has a different expression, expanding the fun of choosing.
Another attractive feature is that it can be used in the microwave, dishwasher, and oven (up to 200°C).
