Golden Week Shipping Schedule and Warehouse Relocation

Thank you, as always, for shopping with &CAT. Here is our shipping schedule for Golden Week — a run of national holidays in Japan at the end of April and the start of May — along with news of a change to our fulfillment setup. We will pause part of our shipping operations during the holidays, and use the period to relocate our warehouse. From then on, we will be able to get orders to you more smoothly than before.

Shipping during Golden Week

Our shipping schedule over the Golden Week holidays will be as follows.

Orders affected
Wednesday, April 29 – Sunday, May 10, 2026

Shipping resumes
Orders ship in sequence from Monday, May 11, 2026

Orders received during Golden Week will begin shipping in the order they were placed from Monday, May 11.

Please note that orders tend to be concentrated over this period, so delivery may take longer than usual even after shipping resumes.
Thank you for your understanding.

Relocating our fulfillment warehouse

&CAT is also relocating its fulfillment warehouse during Golden Week.

Until now, some items have taken longer than we would like to leave our hands.
With this move we are reviewing everything from inventory management through to dispatch, so that orders reach you more smoothly.

After the move, our standard shipping flow will look like this.

If you order on a Monday
Order confirmed Tuesday → shipped Wednesday

If you order on a Friday
Order confirmed Monday → shipped Tuesday

• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
• Shipping dates may move slightly depending on order volume and stock.
• For pre-order and made-to-order items, the shipping estimate shown on each product page takes precedence.

In closing

We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes. We are putting this new setup in place so that we can deliver to you faster, and with more certainty, from here on.

Thank you for your understanding.
