Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has shipped. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was shown in error, or if we cannot ship to your address.

Prices are shown in Japanese yen (JPY), tax included, and may change at any time. Your card issuer or payment provider converts the amount into your own currency at their own rate. Customs duties and import taxes are not included and are payable by the recipient.

All items ship from Japan. Shipping charges, delivery estimates and customs handling for international orders are provided by our cross-border shipping partner and shown at checkout.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the store without notice. We are not liable for loss caused by the store being unavailable, except where that liability cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it appears.

These terms are governed by Japanese law, and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our head office in Japan. If you buy as a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

&CAT ships within Japan. When you order from outside Japan, your order is handled by WorldShopping BIZ, a cross-border service operated by ZigZag Inc. (Tokyo, Japan).

In practice: &CAT sells the item and delivers it inside Japan to ZigZag's warehouse. ZigZag then acts as your buying agent and forwards the parcel to your address overseas. This means the international part of your order — payment for shipping, export, customs clearance and delivery — is a contract between you and ZigZag, not with &CAT. You accept ZigZag's terms when you complete checkout through WorldShopping.

• International shipping, insurance and handling fees are charged separately from the product price.
• Customs duties, import taxes and any clearance fees in the destination country are payable by the recipient.
• Change-of-mind returns and exchanges cannot be accepted once a parcel has been forwarded overseas. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, that is handled by &CAT — write to hello@and-cat.com within 7 days of delivery.
