The one shot I would choose of my cat. G.E.M × &CAT photo contest "BEST SHOT"
An expression, a gesture, the feel of the air. There is a "this is exactly them" that survives only in the instant the shutter falls. Ahead of CAT! CAT! CAT! ~The World is NYAINE~ Vol.2, the Cat Day event produced by G.E.M and &CAT, we are holding an Instagram photo contest. The theme is Best Shot. Show us the one photo of your cat that only you, who lives with them, could choose.
What we are looking for is
an expression you happened to meet in the middle of an ordinary day,
a gesture that made you reach for the shutter,
a moment where who they are comes through.
"This — this is them."

Photos selected from the entries will be shown as a photo gallery
at the event venue, opening February 21, 2026.
And for the special prize, chosen by the staff of G.E.M and &CAT,
we have a small gift prepared from G.E.M and &CAT.
Each cat, each life, gathered together through photographs.
We hope this event will be filled with scenes like these.
