%PORCELAINS is a porcelain brand from Maruasa Pottery, a kiln with over 100 years of history in Tajimi, Gifu — the heart of Mino ware. Fired for 24 hours at 1300°C in a reduction kiln, the body is sintered to a high density that combines the earthiness of pottery with the strength of porcelain. The outside is left unglazed, keeping the rough texture of the clay, and gains a sheen the more you use it — a vessel that grows with you. And because it is made from the same clay, by the same method, as &CAT's TAJIMI series, the dishes your cat uses and the ones you use sit together naturally. A simple form in three colors: matte white, gray and brown. Line them up and the whole table looks like a café.

MUG M is a roomy 300ml mug — the right capacity for a morning cafe au lait or a cup of tea after a meal, when you want more than a small serving.
For all its presence, it is surprisingly light in the hand. The outside is left unglazed, keeping the raw texture of the clay; it gains a sheen the more you use it and grows alongside your daily life. Inside, a matte glaze makes it soft and smooth on the lips. The contrast between bare clay and glaze is what gives the piece its depth.
It is made by Maruasa Pottery, the same kiln behind &CAT's TAJIMI series. Fired from the same clay by the same method, it sits in natural harmony next to your cat's dishes and brings the whole table together.
Three colors: Matte White, Matte Gray and Matte Brown. A clean, light white; a calm gray; a brown that deepens the warmth. The matte surface catches the light softly and flatters the color of whatever you pour.
Microwave, dishwasher and oven safe (up to 200°C / 392°F).
