TOG Wave folds two everyday things a cat does - scratching, and simply resting - into one form. The smooth wave is the kind of curve a cat drops into without thinking. It's made from reinforced Japanese cardboard, which holds the claws well while shedding very little, so it stays easy to look after. At around 59 cm wide it slips into a small space without taking over, and the wave adds a gentle rhythm to the room.

A wave shaped to catch the body.

The gentle dip of the wave sits naturally under a cat curled up to sleep. Chin resting on the edge, body sunk into the curve - however they want to lie.

Compact enough to slot in anywhere.

Around 59 cm wide and 14 cm high (23.2 × 5.6 in) - it fits on top of a cabinet or into the gap by a window. It doesn't dictate where it goes, and moving it when you rearrange is no effort.

Because the cardboard is thick and reinforced, little comes loose as your cat scratches, and the floor around it stays clean.

Everything is made in factories in Japan. Craftspeople work through the details, from the smoothness of the glued seams to the treatment of the corners, so a cat can settle onto it without hesitation.
