Ichiro Yamaguchi, born in Hamamatsu, Japan, studied at Setsu Mode Seminar before working as an illustrator. Since 2007, he has pursued painting full-time, creating acrylic works that capture fleeting landscapes and emotions. Deeply influenced by artist Genichiro Inokuma, Yamaguchi is based in Kagawa, where he continues to produce works that blend seamlessly into everyday life. He has held solo exhibitions both in Japan and abroad and frequently collaborates with artists and brands, always seeking to draw lines that exist only in the present moment.

A Quiet Landscape of Water and Art

When water is poured, a story appears inside the bowl. Every sip becomes a gentle moment where art flickers and comes alive.

Created in collaboration with painter Ichiro Yamaguchi and &CAT, this limited-edition water bowl was born from a project with interior shop G.E.M. The sakana, tori, and hana designs soften daily life with subtle beauty.

Cute birds with leaf-patterned bellies sit neatly in a line, each with a slightly different expression. Inside, a playful cat illustration adds warmth and humor, bringing a smile to anyone watching.

hana | Blossoming Flowers

Red dot flowers seem to dance in the breeze around the bowl, while a hidden black-and-white cat peeks from inside. A balance of elegance and playfulness, perfect for refined interiors.
